The staff at this hotel were absolutely fabulous! However, the staff quickly changed our room and even upgraded us to a better one. They were very accommodating and spoke English, which made communication so much easier.

Staff quickly changed and upgraded our room. English speaking staff available. Close to bus station for Longqingxia and Wetlands. Room and bathroom were very clean.
Cheaper room smelled of cigarettes despite being a no smoking hotel. Try to spend a bit more for a business room to avoid this.

On the positive side, the staff quickly addressed this issue and upgraded our room. The English-speaking staff was very helpful. the hotel's close proximity to the bus station made it convenient for us to explore nearby attractions such as Longqingxia and the Wetlands. the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was commendable.
Despite the clean rooms, one downside was the lingering smell of cigarettes in the cheaper rooms.
